Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of folic acid receptor-mediated targeted tumor detection techniques for cervical cancer screening. Methods: Randomly selected the patients?in department of gynaecology total of 3358 people from January 2015 to June 2016, divided into two groups: (1) the FRD group is 2105 people (2) the TCT group is 1253 people, The colposcope is examined and biopsies are performed in FRD/TCT testing results after positive/TCT ASCUS, Randomly 10% negative populatio in the FRD/TCT group as a negative control and do the colposcope evaluation, evaluation FRD with pathological diagnosis as the gold standard in the diagnosis of cervical lesion screening. Results: Results: FRD test was abnormal in 234, FRD detection rate was 11.12%, TCT examination was abnormal in 162, TCT detection rate was 12.93%;In CIN II for pathological positive boundary, FRD biopsy cases a total of 422 cases of group,FRD sensitivity was 82.8%, TCT biopsy cases a total of 271 cases of group, TCT sensitivity was 76.00%, there is no significient in two groups(P>0.05).But higher sensitivity in FRD groups. Conclusion: Folate receptor targeting tumor detection technique (FRD) is a simple cervical staining technique with simple operation, high diagnostic and shorten time. With good detection sensitivity. It is suitable for popularization and application
