Abstract:
Objiective To analyze the expressions of VEGF、PEDF protein in adenomyosis in order to find their clinical significance . Methods PEDF and VEGF in 16 cases of adenomyosis endometrial, 16 cases of adenomyosis lesions location and 14 cases of CIN III hysterectomy of Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from October 2015 to December 2016 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method and Western blot method.MVD was also counted in the three groups.Statistical analysis and correlation analysis were carried out by using corresponding statistical methods. Result The expression of VEGF protein in adenomyosis endometrial and its lesion location is higher than which in normal endometrial, and the differences have significance(P<0.05). PEDF protein in adenomyosis endometrial and its lesion location is lower than which in normal endometrial, the differences have significance(P<0.05). MVD in adenomyosis endometrial and corresponding lesion is higher than which in mormal endometrial group, the differences have significance(P<0.05). PEDF, VEGF and MVD in endometrial and corresponding lesion have no significance(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression of VEGF protein and MVD(γ=0.711,P<0.05).The expression of PEDF protein was negatively correlated with MVD(γ=-0.755,P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of adenomyosis is associated with abnormal endometrial vascular proliferation, and abnormal expression of VEGF and PEDF may be involved in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis.
