Abstract:

Methods: Retrospective analyzing 84 cases of LSG performed in the hospital Affiliated Xuzhou Medical University from January 2016 to February 2018. We compared the hemodynamic parameters at different time points, skin pressure status, postoperative abnormal sensation and patients’ nursing satisfaction in the perioperative period between two groups according to different position. Results: The skin compression, skin abnormal sensation and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the test group were better than those of the control group after the improvement of the body position(P<0.05). Conclusion: The improved position could decreased the occurrence of intraoperative pressure injury and cutaneous nerve injury and improved patients’ perioperative nursing satisfaction.
