Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the value of trans-vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods: The features of 60 cases of uterine scar pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasound from January 2014 to June 2017 were analyzed, and the clinical data of different treatment methods were reviewed.Results: There were 30 cases in abdominal group, 20 cases were diagnosed with cesarean scar pregnancy (66.7%) and 10 cases were misdiagnosed (33.3%). There were 30 cases in the vaginal group, 27 cases were diagnosed with p Cesarean scar pregnancy (90.0%), and 3 cases were misdiagnosed (10%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Trans-vaginal ultrasound diagnosis of cesarean section scar pregnancy operation is simple, diagnosis accuracy rate is high, can provide guidance for the formulation of treatment plan
