    内皮素-1轴参与疼痛机制的研究进展

    Advances in the role of ET-1 axis in pain

    • 摘要: 内皮素-1轴包括内皮素-1和其两种受体,即内皮素A受体(ETAR)和内皮素B受体(ETBR)。内源性内皮素-1(endothelin,ET-1)是一种强的收缩血管多肽物质,在哺乳动物体内主要是通过和其受体的结合,参与一系列生理病理过程,其中包括对多种类型疼痛的调控。本文将对内皮素-1系统在急性痛、慢性炎性疼痛、慢性神经病理性疼痛和癌痛中的机制和研究进展进行综述。

       

      Abstract: Endothelin-1 (ET-1)axis is composed of endothelin-1 and its two different receptors,endothelin-A receptor(ETAR) and endothelin-B receptor (ETBR)。ET-1 is a potent vasoconstrictor and by binding to its receptors,participates in series of physiological and pathological processes,including modulating various pain conditions。In this review article ,we will introduce the mechanism and research advances about the role of ET-1 axis in acute pain,chronic inflammatory pain,chronic neuropathic pain and cancer pain。
