Abstract:
The chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) is a new targeted therapy for tumors, which has achieved significant effect in the treatment of patients with B-cell malignant tumors. In recent years, researches on CAR-T cell therapy for solid tumors have also made rapid progress. However, CAR-T cell therapy also faces some problems such as cytokine release syndrome, off-target effect and immunosuppression. This review summarizes the mechanism of CAR-T cell therapy, therapeutic effect of CAR-T cell in hematological malignancies and the solid tumors, and the problems of CAR-T cell therapy in clinical application, which provide some references for further research
