Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of (GT) and (ITP) on pregnancy outcome. Method The clinical data of 41 cases of Gestational thrombocytopenia and 24 cases of pregnancy with Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were retrospectively analyzed. Result The incidence of severe thrombocytopenia, anemia, postpartum hemorrhage and transfusion of blood products in patients with ITP were significantly higher than those in patients with GT, but there were no significant differences between the two groups in age of onset, clinical symptoms during pregnancy, gestational weeks of delivery, preterm delivery rate of newborns and Ap’’ga’’r score of newborns. Conclusion The perinatal complications and risks in patients with ITP were higher than those in patients with GT, but the overall prognosis of the two groups of patients and their newborns was good.
