摘要

摘要: 目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中驱动蛋白Kif2a、骨桥蛋白（OPN）的表达及与临床病理因素的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测95例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Kif2a、OPN蛋白的表达，并结合临床病理因素进行分析。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Kif2a、OPN蛋白呈强表达（P<0.01），Kif2a、OPN蛋白在浸润性导管癌中的表达与组织学分级、临床TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关（P<0.05），而与肿瘤大小及年龄无关(P>0.05)。Kif2a表达与OPN表达呈正相关（P<0.01）。结论 Kif2a、OPN蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中表达与组织学分级、临床TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)，且Kif2a表达与OPN表达呈正相关（P<0.01）。因此Kif2a、OPN蛋白表达水平的检测对乳腺癌的转移潜能及预后判断具有重要意义。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of Kif2a , Osteopontin （OPN）protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods T he Kif2a, OPN expression were detected in 95 cases of breast invasive ductal c arcinoma with i mmunohistochemistry method(S-P), and analyzed with patients clinical and pathological features. Results Kif2a, OPN protein were higherly expressed in breast invasive ductal carcinoma(P<0.01). Kif2a, OPN protein expression were positively associated with differentiated grade,TNM stage and lymph nodal involvement (P<0.05). C orrelations were not found with tumour size and age(P>0.05).
