    孕期个性化营养指导在孕妇围生期保健工作中的应用及效果分析

    Application and effect analysis of personalized nutrition guidance during pregnancy in perinatal health care

    • 摘要: 目的 探究孕妇孕期个性化营养指导在其围生期保健工作中的应用及效果。方法 将240例孕妇分为对照组和研究组;对照组的120例孕妇接受常规产检、健康教育;研究组120例孕妇在对照组的基础上,分别接受个性化营养指导。对比分析2组孕妇体重增长达标情况、剖宫产率以及母婴结局。结果 研究组的孕妇整个孕期体重控制的达标情况及母婴结局均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 孕期个性化营养指导的推广可显著提高孕妇孕期体重控制达标情况,降低剖宫产率,增加自然分娩率,明显改善母婴结局,值得推广。

       

      Abstract: Objective To explore the application and effect of personalized nutrition guidance for pregnant women during perinatal health care. Methods In this study, 240 pregnant women were divided into a control group and a research group in the outpatient clinic. In the control group, 120 pregnant women received routine obstetrics and health education; in the research group, 120 pregnant women received personalized nutrition guidance based on the control group. The status of weight gain, cesarean section rate and the impact on maternal and infant outcomes were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The results of weight control and maternal and infant outcomes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The promotion of personalized nutrition guidance during pregnancy can significantly improve the weight control of pregnant women, reduce the cesarean section rate, increase the natural delivery rate, and significantly improve the maternal and infant outcomes. It is worthy of promotion.
