Abstract
Gynecological malignant tumors, including cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer and vulvar cancer, seriously threaten women's life and health. The main treatment method is surgery, followed by adjuvant radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy. Lymph node removal or dissection, as an important part of surgery for gynecological malignant tumors, often leads to lymphatic return disorders and related complications, such as lymphedema and lymphocyst. These complications not only affect postoperative recovery, but also seriously affect the patient's quality of life. Early intervention holds significant research value in preventing lymphatic return disorders after surgery for gynecological malignant tumors. This article aims to review the recent progress in research on early intervention in lymphatic return disorders after surgery for gynecological malignant tumors, in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
