Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine for dilated cardiomyopathy

Dilated cardiomyopathy is one of the most common cardiomyopathy in the clinic.Its etiology is not completely clear at present,it is related to genetic and immune factors,and the pathophysiological mechanism is complex.Clinically,the disease is relatively insidious,often complicated by arrhythmia and heart failure.The mortality rate of patients is high.The incidence of this disease has increased in recent years,and there is no specific treatment for Western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy,and had good clinical results.Now we have reviewed the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy in recent years,aiming to provide reference for future clinical treatment and conducive to the prevention and treatment of the disease.
