Analysis of the current situation and development path of humanitys and social science research in a medical university from the perspective of scientific research management

In the scientific research activities of higher education, scientific research management departments have an important mission of optimizing service, scientific guidance and policy control. This paper makes an empirical analysis of the current situation of humanity and social science research in a medical university, summarize the factors that restrict the development of humanities and social science in medical universities, and designs targeted policies and measures from the perspective of managers. These finding will provide theoretical and practical reference for improving the innovative capacity of humanities and social science in medical universities.
