Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of applying humanoid figure nursing mode in obstetrical nursing. Methods A total of 82 parturient women who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics in Huai'an Second People's Hospital from October 2015 to November 2016 were selected as study subjects. The women were divided into a study group and a control group according to the random number table, 41 cases each. The control group received the routine nursing model and the study group received the humanoid figure nursing model. The nursing effect was evaluated by observing various nursing index scores, labor pain grading, nursing satisfaction and complications. Results The nursing quality score, ward round quality score and comprehensive score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The rate of ideal labor pain control of the study group was 97.56%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.49%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.93%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication rate of the study group was 2.44%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (9.76%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of humanoid figure nursing mode in obstetrical nursing can reflect the concept of personalized nursing and humanistic nursing, significantly improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction of nursing, reduce the occurrence of complications, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
