Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of flurbiprofen axetil combined with dexmedetomidine on postoperative recovery quality in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery. Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups: FD group (n=45) received 1.5 mg/kg flurbiprofen axetil injection combined with 0.03 μg/kg dexmedetomidine injection, F group (n=44) received 1.5 mg/kg flurbiprofen axetil injection. The corresponding test medication was given 30 min before the end of the surgery. QoR-40 scale was used to evaluate the quality of recovery after operation. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain after operation, and the inflammatory factors were also recorded. Results There was no significant difference in VAS score at different time points within each group and between the two groups (P<0.05). The level of CRP in FD group was lower than that in the F group (P<0.05). The total QoR-40, physical comfort and emotional state scores in the FD group were higher than those in the F group (P<0.05). Conclusions Flurbiprofen axetil combined with dexmedetomidine can improve the quality of recovery after laparoscopic gynecological surgery and inhibit the inflammatory reaction of the body.
