Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between spinopelvic sagittal parameters and degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis (DLS) and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 32 DLS patients (a DLS group) who underwent lumbar fusion in Xuzhou Central Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled, while 43 healthy subjects in the same period were selected (a control group). The sagittal vertical axis (SVA), thoracic kyphosis (TK), pelvic incidence (PI), pelvic tilt (PT), sacral slope (SS) and lumbar lordosis (LL) were measured on the X-ray films of full-length spine. The relationship between degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis and spinopelvic sagittal parameters was analyzed. Results Statistical differences were found in SVA, TK, PT, PI, SS and LL between the DLS group and the control group (P<0.05). For the DLS group, the rate of lumbar spondylolisthesis was positively correlated with PT and LL in spinopelvic sagittal parameters, and PT and LL were the risk factors influencing lumbar spondylolisthesis. Conclusions The spinopelvic sagittal parameters in DLS patients significantly change, and PT and LL are the risk factors influencing the degree of lumbar spondylolisthesis. The spinopelvic sagittal parameters are closely related to the severity of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
