Abstract
Remote limb ischemic conditioning refers to the treatment of multiple and transient ischemia/reperfusion for the limbs, so as to activate endogenous molecular protection signals, and transmit through humoral regulation, neurotransmission, immunomodulation and autophagy, and consequently alleviates the ischemia/reperfusion injury of important organs. Remote limb ischemic conditioning is advantageous in easy procedures, non-invasion and low expense, which provides a new endogenous neuroprotective strategy for relieving brain injury.
