CiteSpace-based analysis of rapid rehabilitation nursing in China

Objective To analyze the current states and research hotspot field associated with rapid rehabilitation nursing in China. Methods Related literature in the database of CNKI were retrieved since establishment of the database, using the key words "rapid rehabilitation nursing" and "accelerated rehabilitation nursing". The information such as time, author, institution, research hotspot and research trend was analyzed using CiteSpace as an information visualized tool, so as to draw visualized knowledge map. Results A total of 870 articles have been found since the establishment of CNKI. The number of published articles remarkably increased since 2015, most of which include the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in various areas as well as evaluation and analysis on its efficacy. The main researches focused on the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period, laparoscopy, gastrointestinal surgery, orthopedics department and gynecology department and the evaluation of the application effect indicators, including complication, pain, gastrointestinal functions, nursing satisfaction, length of stay and quality of life. Conclusions Based on its visualized analysis function, CiteSpace contributes to the understanding of the current situation of rapid rehabilitation nursing, and hotspot areas and development trends, providing reference for expanding the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing and optimizing the efficacy evaluation.
