Influence of collaborative nursing mode on self-care ability and living quality in patients with renal transplantation

    • Objective: To investigate the influence of collaborative nursing mode on self-care ability and living quality in patients with renal transplantation. Methods: 110 patients with renal transplantation in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to admission time and even-odd numbers, with 55 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing, while observation group was given collaborative nursing mode. The self-care ability, living quality and adverse reactions of patients were compared. Results: The scores of renal transplantation knowledge, rational drug use, healthy diet, healthy lifestyle, attitude adjustment, total points of scale in observation group were higher than those in control group (t=6.717~10.860, P<0.05, P<0.01); The scores of living quality in all dimensions in observation group were higher than those in control group (t=3.587~6.438, P<0.05); The incidence of liver function impairment, hypertension, infection in observation group was lower than that in control group (7.27% vs 21.82%, 17.73% vs 29.09%, 9.09% vs 25.45%) (x=4.681, 4.453, 5.153, P<0.05).
