Abstract
Objective Deep vein thrombosis(DVT) is a well-recognized complication gynecological oncology patients and has an impact on the overall outcome. The purpose of this study was to identify whether thrombelastography. Methods A total of 50 cases of Surgical treatment of cervical cancer were selected from January 2017 to November in XuZhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital, as the experimental group ,According to whether there is a thrombus, the experimental group was divided into 12 cases of thrombus group and 3 8 cases of non thrombus group .TEG,routine coagulation Function and Deep venous color Doppler ultrasound were performed in preoprative and postoperative. In addition,TEG and routine coagulation parameters were compared by ROC curve to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of deep vein thrombosis in cervical cancer patients. Results Compared with non thrombus group, the K,CI and D-dimer in thrombus group had significantly different(P<0.05). By comparing the under the ROC curve, the area under the K value 、MA value、CI valueand D-Dimer were more than 0.5,among them, the area under the ROCcurve of CI value was the largest(>0.7). Conclusion These results indicated that the TEG K value、MA value and CI value may be predictive of DVT in cervical cancer patients
