Abstract
To explore and analyze the relationship between PDCD4, PDCD5 expression and missed abortion and its clinical significance. Methods: 45 patients with missed abortion were included as the observation group, and 50 normal abortion women with the same period of normal pregnancy were selected as the control group. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of PDCD4 and PDCD5 in decidua and villi of the two groups. Results: The observation group’s PDCD4 in the decidua and villi was significantly lower than that in the observation group (P<0.05), and the PDCD5 was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P<0.05), and the expression of PDCD4 and PDCD5 in the observation group was negatively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion: Missed abortion is associated with abnormal expression of PDCD4 and PDCD5.
